+ location + cleanliness + hospitality - i need to book early due to the limited number of rooms. ( We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and what made our experience even more comfortable was the hospitality and exceptional service of the hotel staff, even before our arrival in Milan through WhatsApp. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and make everything easier for us. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent in the heart of Milan , and the cleanliness is outstanding. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire hotel team, especially Paolo and Leonardo. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors and whenever I travel to Milan this hotel will be my first choice for sure )

Location, just steps away from Duomo. Room, comfortable and clean with a huge balcony for fresh air. Elevator, super cute vintage elevator but does feel of a chore to open and close esprit you are heading in and out a few times. Lastly, Paulo! Efficient communication from the time of booking leading to arrival day. Greatly appreciate all the assistance you provided - from ensuring details like having an umbrella to restaurant recommendation for dinner, breakfast and coffee, to contacting for my pickup etc. Thank you! Very looking forward to staying with you again soon and longer!

Extremely comfortable bed, lovely finishes to the room which was modern and well kept. Very good location to the main centre of Milan. Staff were very attentive and helped with questioned about Milan. Staff ordered us a taxi to the station, which was prompt to arrive. Easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for allowing us to check-in slightly ahead of your scheduled time. Good communication prior to visit with directions. Would highly recommend booking this accommodation, it made our stay in Milan feel very luxurious.

Great size bedroom with super comfy bed, large balcony and squeaky clean large bathroom with powerful shower. Wasn’t expecting it to be so lovely and spacious. The whole experience was seamless with excellent customer service from Paolo providing local traffic advice (train strike) and arranging taxi for our return to the airport. Literally 5 minutes to the Duomo and several great restaurants & a small street bar next door which also had good vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderfully helpful staff who really went above and beyond to ensure we were fine and had a really happy stay. Beautifully located in the heart of the old city areas and very close to the Duomo di Milano🥰 The rooms are super clean, comfortable and classy! This is our second stay here and we would definitely return. Fascination point: is the teeny tiny lift. Although old it works very smoothly:)

Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything and anytime via WhatsApp. I loved their suggestions around the city and about food (which is important for me). You won't believe the location of the suite. I think it is the exact middle of the city of Milano :D room was so comfy and beautiful decorated. I thank the staff again and again. Their transfer was also helped us a lot (I was carrying huge Snowboard)

This is our second stay and we highly recommend staying with Suite Milano Duomo! Leonardo, Paulo and Ray were so kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the staff so knowledgeable, and nothing is ever a problem. They booked airport transfers, minded luggage, offered recommendations and suggestions for our stay in Milano! We will be back!

The location of our room was amazing and the room itself was comfortable. It was close to the Duomo, the centre of Milan and transport options. The staff were lovely and accomodating though it is not a hotel and there is no 24 hours reception. Breakfast consisted of vouchers for an express breakfast at cafes nearby and worked well. We booked an airport transfer on departure which was very efficient and well organised.
